		<description>The blood on the doorpost I think shows that God is not a respecter of persons.  Moses, Aaron, David, Daniel, Esther, Peter, Paul and Mary could have been there, but standing outside of a house and the avenger would have taken them.  If the blood isn&#039;t covering you, you perish no matter who you are.</description>
